Our Business

Keith Austin Homes, Inc. is owned by Bonnie & Jeff McClure and located in Brevard County, Florida.  It is named after our sons, Keith and Austin.  We incorporated in 2005 after we tired of working for others.

Our houses are constructed with six inch thick solid pour walls.  These walls are poured on site and are very strong.  It is not a tilt wall system.  We stayed in our solid pour wall house during Hurricane Francis and Hurricane Jean and suffered no damage during 120mph winds.

Our future plans include building  environmental  friendly, or "green," houses.  We hope to achieve this in 2008.

We are proud members of the Home Builders and Contractors Association.

Who We Are

Bonnie & Jeff have been in construction for 26 years.

Bonnie has built close to 600 houses.  She has built everything from tract houses to custom homes.  She has built two houses, at the same time in 28 and 29 days.  Bonnie has perfected the art of scheduling.  

Bonnie is a licensed Residential Contractor.  She had worked for a large nationwide builder for 15 years before being lured off to a small custom builder.  She has won many awards for the quality homes she has built. 

During Hurricanes Jean & Francis none of the houses she has built suffered damage.

Bonnie comes from a family of builders and master craftsmen.  

Jeff has built about 60 custom homes for a small custom builder, using Bonnie's schedule.  Before that he worked for a large nationwide company that provides many services to builders.  One of which was the Brevard cabinet division.  

While running the cabinet division Jeff won awards for achievement and design.  This included the prestigious Craftsmanship award for design from the National Home Builders and Contractors Association.

Jeff has spent many years working with a re-modeler and deck builder.
