We started the actual work on this project at the end of February. We finished the second week of May. We re-did the whole place: removed popcorn ceilings, added skip trowel, new tile through-out, custom built in cabinets in the kitchen and bedroom, new kitchen countertops, new vanities with cultured marble tops that have sea shell shaped molded sinks, new faucets through out, new toilets, took three doors out and made them into pocket doors, added another pocket door, mirrored laundry room doors, new closet shelving, new paint, a re-designed master bathroom, new baseboard, new A/C vents, new electrical, cable, and phone outlets and I think that's it. We left the kitchen cabinets and the hall bath tub.
The customers inherited this condo from the lady who lived there. She was a chain smoker so everything was covered with nicotine...nice.

Old kitchen built in cabinets. Check out the vinyl floor, there were two fabulous floors under it.

Bedroom.

Behind the wall behind the blue cushion is the master bath shower, with the toilet through the door to the right of the cabinet. Check out the coach light hanging above the bed.

The original theme of the old decor just doesn't cut it without this couch. The driftwood coffee table is cool, it will be added to the new decor which is a beachy, vacation resort idea.

One last look at the old kitchen.

Right past those sea grape bushes outside is the beach...yeah this job was great.

New custom built in, I also cut a hole in the wall for looks.

Bedroom with new custom cabs.

New shower, behind the rain glass. Size went from 2x2 to 4x5 in the shower

Master bath shower floor.

Cabinets even have new hinges.

This was the most expensive tile we ever used, we wanted it to last in the sandy environment.
