How big does my custom house have to be?

It can be any size.  It's up to your imagination.  There is no high or low price either, custom means that it's yours. 

Do I have to buy my plans from you or your architect?

No, plans can be obtained anywhere.  You can even bring us a drawing on a napkin. 

How much do you charge per square foot?

That depends on your options.  We price every job out to obtain an actual price. 

What is "green" building?

In a nutshell, it's a more eco-friendly house.  Sometimes the government gives rebates.  There are many shades of green.  It just depends on you. 

Do you do additions?

Yes, in this housing market additions and small jobs are our bread-n-butter, so to speak.
