A 4500 sq ft house we built scored a 12 on FPL's blower test.  An average Build Smart house scores around a 24, and usually is much smaller.  We had two blower test done, one in 2003 and one in 2007, they were the same.
 

This was achieved by using an Energy Star type package that I was certified to use from an insulation company I worked  at.  The applications that were used fall under "green" building standards today.  The house also scores a 109 on Florida's Green Building Coalition checklist, (version 5.0).  The reason it is not a certified green house is that it was built in 2003.

We use as many of these applications in all our projects.  This is helpful for homeowners who don't want to pay extra for green certification, but are energy conscience.
