These are the models we have available.  They are named for our parents and grandparents.  We will be designing more models.  Remember:  We are a custom builder so we can build your plan.  We also will redesign our models.

The pricing does not include lot, lot prep, and septic if needed.  The models are fully equipped with items such as solid surface in the kitchen, maple cabinets, up-graded kitchen design, berber carpet, tile in all wet areas, R-30 insulation, knock-down ceiling texture, many GREEN products, a generous landscape package and more.

This is the ALBY CHESTER.  It has 1546 sq. ft. under air and 2037 total.  We can build this for $147,000.00 on your lot.  I can E-mail better floor plans.

This is the ALBY CHESTER MANOR.  It has 2015 sq. ft. under air and 2496 total.  We can build this for $187,000.00 on your lot.

We also have a model called the JOYCE MANOR that is in the design stage.  It has 2152 under air and 3320 total.
