2007 has been good to us. We added a design studio to a house, remodeled a 30 year old house, and our biggest job was a 2592 square foot, combination garage and horse barn. This barn presented many challenges to get permitting from Brevard County. But with perseverance, and very understanding customers we obtained the permits and commenced building.
- 2008 is starting out great. We are building two additions and consulting on a 5000 square foot house. We are working with a land developer to build at Sherwood Golf Course in Titusville and a new subdivision on Merritt Island. See our models page for pricing and information.
